Setting the scene:
Stuffed Christmas crab.
Presentation is everything Wanda mused, so to make Roqué “hunger for her touch” let alone her fine texture of fresh crab, she presented herself as Mrs Claus in a seductive fluffy shiny red bra and Santa Claus’s very own jacket.
This is a dish for sharing; they plunged in their forks and slid the delicacy into each others mouths.
Nothing like a little oral stimulation to get the taste buds bouncing…

Stuffed Christmas crab.
Take 1 Large dressed Cromer crab and empty the crabmeat into a bowl. Heat a little olive oil in a pan & fry 1 small red onion & 1 clove of garlic both finely diced, until soft & translucent.
Add 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, allow to cool a little & then add to the crabmeat. Add the juice of ½ lemon & 1 egg, beaten & mix together well.
Season with salt & generous grinds (always!) of black pepper. Reload the crab shell with the mixture, sprinkle with a handful of panko crumbs & bake in the oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes or until the crumbs are golden.
Simply delve your fork into the sublime hot crab & feed your lover.
