St.Valentine’s was just another fantastic excuse for Wanda and Roqué to love, lust, enjoy great food and romance.
The scene was set for this Rainbow Cocktail which they had last year in a pretty green and white terraced sundrenched bar on the Amalfi coast in southern Italy.
They had visited Sorrento, Positano and the island of Capri and boy they had witnessed some stunning rainbows!
The lust of strawberries, the fruitiness of freshly squeezed juice and champagne bubbles – enough said…

The Rainbow of Love
Chill two polished Margarita glasses. In a jug mix about 150ml of each freshly squeezed juice, pineapple, grapefruit and orange. Now into each glass add 25 /ml of your favourite gin.
Wanda chooses Pinkster gin. Add the same of Cointreau, splash in the fruit juice and top up with ice cold Taittinger champagne.
Plop in a big round red strawberry and bingo – can you see the rainbow?
