Sunrise over Rio
The sunrise over down town Rio de Janeiro was just magic, the amazing colours of the houses and apartment blocks glowing resplendent in the morning sun and the deep green of the forest clearly behind.
As a special treat Roqué had organised a trip to Brazil for both Wanda and his long term friend Juliet. They travelled courtesy of Virgin Holidays – interesting concept for these two girls!
Initially Roqué and Juliet had been business associates but now the friendship had become a social affair. Wanda also loved Juliet and they were happy in each others company…
Dirty Dancing
Their plans were to see Sugar Loaf Mountain, the edge of the Amazon rain forest but especially the beach at Ipanema.
On their first date Wanda and Roqué had performed their own ‘dirty dancing’ to an illuminated crowd. The song they had danced to was The Girl from Ipanema performed by Astrud Gilberto and Stan Getz.
There was chemistry no doubt. Wanda wore red. Red high heeled stiletto shoes and red knickers. She had learned from an early age that red meant girl power, sex, luck, passion, happiness and lust. As Wanda said “I’m a woman in red shoes and red knickers – Hear me roar”.
Girl from Ipanema
They were on Posto 9 – the most beautiful point on the beach – sipping Ipanema cocktails, a seductive fusion of Cachaca (Brazilian rum) fresh lemon juice, and agave syrup poured over ice in chilled flutes and topped up with champagne.
They feasted on Moqueca de camarão a classic prawn and coconut stew with garlic, onions, coconut milk, prawns and coriander. They ate this with pão de queijo, that fluffy bread oozing with garlic and parmesan cheese.
Passion fruit mousse
As the sun set over the beach Juliet brought them Maracuja – a splendid passion fruit mousse. During their stay they had picked passion fruit fresh from the vine and it reminded Roqué of a very special place.
Brazil had been a dream for them all.
Back home they had invited Juliet to cook with them – she was a much accomplished cook. She knew the rules; a girl should be a cook in the kitchen, a hostess in the lounge and a whore in the bedroom, not too tricky for her then!
She dressed in one of Roqué’s shirts (and not much else!) The evening was to say thank you to Roqué for planning the trip – something special…
Porn Stars Cocktail

Her main course was large raw tiger prawns wrapped in bacon, grilled with a hot, sweet and sour passion fruit drizzle. A dish of powerful aphrodisiacs, prawns, green chilli, lime juice, honey, mustard and fresh coriander.
Her final curtain call at the dinner table was a passion fruit and white chocolate mousse served with whipped cream!
Boss red boxers…
For dinner Wanda wore her favourite Light in the Box red stiletto shoes and Coco de Mer Akiko Brazilian red knickers and bra under a clinging red dress.
Juliet had also planned what to wear (just) but that was a surprise to come later.
The girls had in secret bought Roqué a pair of red Boss Bamboo boxers as an extra thank you. They both had their secret passion fruit plans…
The scene was set, the cocktails intoxicating, the food seductive, the candles lit and Girl from Ipanema playing in the background – let the fun begin.

Prawns wrapped in bacon with hot & sweet passion fruit drizzle
For 2 lovers
Take 250ml of passionfruit juice and 1 red Thai chilli shredded lengthways boil this in a small pan until reduced it to about 100ml.
In a second pan heat 3 tbsp of honey with 1 Thai green chilli, diced. Leave this to infuse for about 10 minutes, then strain the honey mixture and add a splash of water to loosen it.
Next blend 1 tsp of English mustard powder with a little water in a bowl then add 1 tsp of Dijon mustard. Now add the reduced passionfruit juice and chilli to the mustards and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a griddle pan to medium high. While that heats wrap 8 giant raw tiger prawns each with a rasher of thin streaky bacon and pop them on the griddle. Cook until the bacon is crispy and the prawns have turned pink – about 5 minutes.
To make this dish look beautiful grab a handful of watercress and a handful of rocket and pile them on two plates drizzled with a little ‘extra virgin’ olive oil. Arrange the prawns on top and drizzle the passionfruit juice and mustard over the prawns and finally pour the honey mix in a circle around the outside.
To finish scatter with coriander leaves and the scooped out seeds of one passion fruit.
