This is a lover’s orgy of an amazing aphrodisiac inspired melêé of dishes, and culminating in an oh so romantic St. Valentines Night of sex.
Wanda and Roqué had chatted for long time about their plans for Valentines Day. They had seriously considered a ‘naughty, sexy’ hotel or restaurant. The whole ambiance appealed at Naked Soho in London, just as Hotel Pelirocco did in Brighton with its associated sexy toy store hampers from Lust and Boudoir photography.
Oh La La! They even considered Hedonism 11 in Negral, Jamaica would be such fun but finally they chose ‘home’ as the perfect venue.
Wanda had dressed in red. A plunge red bra, tiny red knickers, seamed red stockings and a pleated red mini skirt with a half cut white angora top finished with fabulous red stiletto shoes and the gold heart on a chain which Roque had given her in the morning with a kiss.
Roqué wore a pink shirt. Open at the neck and a white linen suite with red and white loafers.
Cupid’s Cocktail
Was served in tall flutes.
This illustrious blend of tiny, chopped strawberries, a splash of vodka, a layer of cranberry juice, some pomegranate seeds and of course topped up with fine pink champagne would work wonders Roqué thought.
Dinner was grazing, a veritable sexy buffet intermingled with lusty breaks. The lights were low and the sandalwood candles added a deliciously sexy glow. The table was set…

Aphrodite’s salt cod brandade on toast
Wanda had 400g salted cod which had been well soaked, cooked and flaked and which she put into a bowl adding a flourish of chilli salt, a good splash of lemon juice, crushed garlic and a cooked and mashed large potato.
All mixed together with a little olive oil, finely chopped fresh thyme and sage. Now she spooned a dollop at a time onto crostini. Job done.
Cleopatra’s mini lamb burgers on brioche rounds with saffron butter
Now it was Roqués turn. He had donned the S & M Sex Slave apron Wanda had given him – well every picture tells a story!!
In a bowl he mixed 250g lamb mince, a finely chopped onion, 4 melted anchovy fillets, a dessert spoon of mint sauce, some mixed herbs, an egg and 100g fresh breadcrumbs, sea salt and black pepper, a teaspoon of ground coriander and garam masala.
He mixed everything together and formed the mix into small round patties which he pan fried for 3-4 minutes on each side and then served on brioche rounds with homemade saffron butter.
Casanova’s spicy potato balls
Wanda took 600gm of buttery mashed potatoes and popped them into a large mixing bowl. Added one large brown onion very finely sliced, 2” of fresh ginger finely grated and 2 diced red chillies.
She then took 100g chopped cooked chestnuts, 2 teaspoons of garam masala and one teaspoon of Cumin seeds. Add a flourish of Dorset smoked salt and some chopped fresh coriander, stalks and all. She cooked them in a hot oven on a baking tray for 20 minutes.
Roll over Beethoven and you Roqué!!
Venus’s salad in pastry shells
Roqué mixed together 200g tinned chickpeas, 100g roughly chopped artichoke hearts in oil, about 10 chilli and garlic marinated olives whole. He diced up half a sweet red pepper, 1 large tomato, a half-moon sliced red onion and mixed all together.
He gently filled them with the salad sprinkled with a garlic vinaigrette and Parmesan shavings.
Valentine’s chorizo and king scallop kebabs with cranberries
Wanda just loved this so sexy dish of 6 king scallops with spicy rings of chorizo. So, on a griddle she seared the oily chorizo until soft. Then the scallops for 30 seconds on each side, now she added the lemon juice and zest, the cranberries and a good drizzle of honey over the scallops and chorizo.
She first put a scallop and then a chorizo round onto small skewers and drizzled them with all the aphrodisiac juices from the pan. Such a great sexy dish must be made in heaven…
Eros smoked salmon skewers with lemon vinaigrette
There is little more sexy or lustfully potent than smoked salmon Roqué thought. Taking small wooden skewers, he threaded rolls of smoked salmon and then square chunks of avocado.
Then he made a traditional vinaigrette with lots of lemon juice and the zest of a lemon and drizzled it over the salmon and avocado finishing with a swathe of chopped parsley.
Romeo’s oyster mushroom and truffle pate with bread sticks
Wanda was truly fired by the thought of this sexy delight. She took 125g chestnut mushrooms, a diced shallot, 2 garlic cloves and sautéed them in butter adding a flourish of truffle sea salt.
Once cooked she transferred the mix into a food processor adding 125g mascarpone cheese, some black pepper and blended it together drizzling black truffle oil as it mixed until she had the perfect consistency. Served in a ramekin with Italian bread sticks and a round of applause from Roqué.

Marquis de Sade’s chocolate whip
If this doesn’t get inside her knickers nothing will…
It’s a chilled chocolate and marshmallow aphrodisiac so sexy and so indulgent.
Wanda took 150ml double cream, 30g cocoa powder and 50g icing sugar and using an electric blender she whisked it adding ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Starting slowly and gaining speed (what does that remind you of?) until she achieved stiff peaks !!
Now using a piping bag she created Chocolate Whips, placed them on baking parchment and popped them into the freezer. Wow…
The feast was devoured with laughter and plenty of fingering.
“Let’s clear the table in the morning” Roqué said and picking her up in his arms he took her to bed. She slipped off only her angora top and skirt and slid between the sheets…For a ‘Good Night’, Sweet Valentine!
