DUCK EGGS, ASPARAGUS & SMOKED SALMON

This is how they do breakfast. I have two words for you boiled eggs!! Now you may wonder what is sensuous & erotic about boiled eggs. Let me show you how they do boiled eggs.
First, you need duck eggs. They are bigger, denser, tastier & more luscious than chicken eggs. Then you will need asparagus. Long shafts of seductive flavour,. We are going to wrap them in luxurious power pack that will send you back to bed, senses overloaded & libido in overdrive.
Start with the asparagus. Snap each stem where it naturally breaks poach in a shallow pan of boiling salted water. Make sure the stems are over the heat more than the top of the spears. Nobody wants a floppy head (on their asparagus) Poach until al dente. Put 2 duck eggs into a pan & cover with cold water. Bring to the boil & time for 2 minutes from boiling.
Drain the asparagus, add butter and season with black pepper. Wrap each stem round the shaft with a small slice of smoked salmon arrange the wrapped asparagus on warm plates. Pop the eggs into egg cups Now for the good bit. Top the boiled eggs & dip the lush pink & green spears into the yolk. But go gently. This is the foreplay until you dip deep into the golden yolk.
For Roque & Wanda its now time to feed each other. Inevitably some yolk will drizzle down from their mouths and will need to be licked off. Why don’t you try it. You won’t regret it.
