Take 2 saucers, in one put a layer of chocolate powder, in the other cold water. With the glasses upside down first dip each into water, shake off excess & then dip into the chocolate. Wait 30 seconds for it to set.
Using a cocktail shaker, pour in one shot each of Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua, Amaretto & vodka and then 50ml single cream & some ice cubes.
Shake all the ingredients for about 10 seconds and strain over crushed ice in traditional cocktail glasses, add a cute straw and wahay…there goes the first one today.
