1 cooked chicken breast thinly sliced
10 strawberries, halved
1 ripe avocado sliced
4 half-moon slices of red onion
Handful of washed baby spinach
Parmesan shavings
Sweet cranberry French dressing
Line a sharing bowl with a handful of spinach leaves, scatter on the onion slices, fan a sliced avocado, add slivers of chicken, arrange halved strawberries on top, drizzle over some cranberry dressing (vinaigrette blended with cranberry sauce) and scatter with parmesan shavings. How yummy is that. Serve with warm ciabatta. This salad is loaded with aphrodisiacs and a fusion of great flavours.
