Setting the scene:
Dirty Dancing Cocktail.
The weather was cold and the wind biting sending little showers of frost form the deliciously pretty hoar frosted hedgerows. The sky was clear, a perfect winter’s day for Wanda and Roqué to snuggle down by their log fire and reminisce.
They had kept albums from the first lunch together filling them with bus tickets, train tickets, ferry tickets, hotel receipts, restaurant bills, a host of carefully chosen pictures, a mêlée of their favourite recipes hand written on paper serviettes or from Roqué’s ever present note book.
Wanda was wearing her new blue Baukjen Charla boiler suit, very little else except for slut red painted toe nails on bare manicured feet. Roqué was in complete awe of her.
They nuzzled together on the big comfy sofa and their holiday memories came floating back.

Roqué prepared the cocktail – inspired by one of their best loved movies especially as a while back Roqué had taken Wanda to research Vodka for his wine business. The girl didn’t need asking twice…they were off to St Petersburg.
This cocktail packed ice cold Smirnoff Black Label Vodka directly from the freezer. They always kept vodka in the freezer as it didn’t freeze but came out like a silver river.
The candle glow was enticing and as Roqué combined vodka, pureed raspberries and champagne he, inspired by the movie, served the glasses in a cut out water melon – how romantic is that?
Soon they were dancing to ‘I’ve had the time of my life’ – not just dancing but dirty dancing…

For 2 lovers
Get on with it…
This is for two. Firstly pop a generous handful of fresh raspberries into a blender & blitz to a pulp. Now cut a large watermelon in half lengthways & cut out 2 recesses to fit the chosen glasses.
Pour 25ml Smirnoff vodka, 50ml of watermelon juice & 2 good dessertspoons of the raspberry puree into a cocktail shaker then give it a good shake. Pour this equally into the 2 glasses set in the watermelon and top up with champagne finishing with some frozen fruit ice cubes. Add straws, move close and drift into sucking heaven…

Feed the Desire
Vodka, champagne & raspberries all have aphrodisiac qualities so this should smash it! However watermelon has a sexy reputation with properties that help relax blood vessels much like Viagra & is a key to sexual fulfilment. It is passion pink in the centre, the flesh has a sensuous mouth appeal & lets face it these are grown in hot countries where a lot less clothing is required.
